Brand Detail Page

Where to find it: Click any brand from the Brands list

The brand detail page is a comprehensive view of a brand’s visual identity. It’s organized into several sections:

Color Palette

Displays the brand’s colors as swatches with full values:

  • Hex code
  • Pantone reference
  • RGB values
  • CMYK values
  • Usage — Primary, secondary, accent, or neutral
  • Usage notes — How the color is used in practice

Colors are sorted by their usage role (primary first).

All logo variants displayed with appropriate backgrounds:

  • Variants — Primary, secondary, icon, wordmark, monochrome, reversed
  • Background detection — Each logo has a background setting (light, dark, transparent, any) that determines the display background:
    • Dark logos show on white backgrounds
    • Light/white logos show on dark backgrounds
    • Transparent logos show on a gradient background

Inline editing (managers): Click the “BG:” badge on any logo to change its background setting. This auto-saves immediately.

Font information for the brand:

  • Family — Font name
  • Weight and style — Bold, italic, etc.
  • Usage — Heading, body, accent, caption
  • Source — Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, custom, system
  • Specimen text — Example of the font in use

Running AI Enrichment

If the brand has a website URL, click Enrich to run AI-powered extraction. The system fetches the website and extracts colors, fonts, and logos automatically. Enrichment is additive — it won’t overwrite data you’ve already entered.
