Getting Started
Cherp is Cooper House’s project management and business intelligence system. This guide covers everything you need to get up and running.
Logging In
Go to your Cherp URL in any browser. You’ll see a login screen — enter the email and password your admin set up for you.
After logging in, you’ll land on the Focus page, which is your daily home base for getting work done.
What You’ll See
Cherp has a sidebar on the left (desktop) or a bottom navigation bar (mobile) that organizes everything into four sections:

| Money | Forecast, Prospects, Retainers, Payroll Hours, Invoices |
At the bottom of the sidebar, you’ll see your name, role, and a link to Settings.
Not all pages are visible to every role. If you can’t find something, check the Roles & Permissions page.
Your Daily Routine
If you’re an employee or contractor:
- Open Focus to see your priorities and start working
- Use Time to log your hours
- Check Workload to see what’s planned for your week
If you’re a project manager:
- Start on Focus for a team overview and business health check
- Use Workload to plan the week and assign work
- Check Projects to manage deliverables and timelines
- Review Time entries across the team
If you’re an admin: All of the above, plus Money for forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
