Managers only. This page is hidden for employees, contractors, and accounting.

The Schedule page shows a studio-wide Gantt chart of all active projects. It gives you a timeline view of what’s happening across the entire studio.

What You’ll See

Each project appears as a horizontal bar spanning from its start date to its target end date. Within each bar, you may see:

Phase bars — Representing task lists (deliverable phases) within each project
Diamond-shaped milestone markers — Positioned at milestone dates set on task lists. Hover over a diamond to see the milestone label and date
Overlap indicators — When phases conflict (a milestone date exceeds the next phase’s start date), you’ll see visual warnings

When to Use It

Resource planning — See which projects overlap and when crunch periods are coming
Client scheduling — Understand whether a new project can fit into the current studio workload
Milestone tracking — Quickly spot upcoming milestones across all projects

Workload Planner — Weekly capacity and assignment planning
