Project Detail Page
Where to find it: Click any project in the Projects list
The detail page is the hub for everything about a project. It has a header with key information and a set of tabs for different aspects of the project.
Header
At the top you’ll see:
- Project title and client name
- Status badge (proposal, active, complete, closed)
- Type badge (Classic, Keystone, Retainer, etc.)
- Budget and dates
- Edit button (managers only)
For Keystone projects, you’ll also see a Hotel Profile card that links to the associated hotel intelligence record.
Tabs
| Tab | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Timeline | Gantt-style timeline with milestones and phases |
| Deliverables | Line items with status, pricing, and task lists |
| Finance | Budget breakdown and QuickBooks data (managers only) |
| Time | Time entries logged against this project |
| Work | Task lists and assignments (used for retainer-style work tracking) |
| Comparators | Competitive references — hotels and venues for research |
| Context | Project research and background notes |
Not all tabs are visible for every project type or role:
- Finance is hidden for employees and contractors
- Work is primarily for retainer and work-based projects
- Comparators is most relevant for Keystone/hospitality projects
