Appearance
Where to find it: Settings > Appearance
The Appearance page lets you personalize how Cherp looks. These settings are saved in your browser, so they only affect your screen — nobody else sees your changes.
Sidebar Color
Choose a sidebar color from Cooper House’s brand palette. Available colors include:

| Antique White | A warm, light cream |
| Russet | A deep reddish-brown |
| Redwood | A rich, dark red |
| Bronze | A warm metallic brown |
| Bull Black | A deep, near-black tone |
Pick the color that suits you. The sidebar text automatically adjusts for readability — light text on dark backgrounds, dark text on light backgrounds — so every option is legible.
Content Area
You can also customize the main content area:
- Background color — Choose a color for the area behind your content
- Opacity — Adjust the transparency of the content background
These settings let you fine-tune the overall look to your preference.
How Settings Are Saved
Appearance settings are stored in your browser (not on the server). This means:
- Your settings persist across page refreshes and browser sessions
- If you switch to a different browser or device, you’ll see the default appearance
- Clearing your browser data will reset your appearance to defaults
There’s no “save” button — changes apply instantly as you make them.
